Learning Network Strategic challenges for large social enterprises (Verso)

On Friday 15 December, Sarah Verschaeve and Kaat Van Der Schueren participated in the 'Learning Network Strategic Challenges for Large Social Enterprises'. This learning network is an organisation of Verso with Maarten Andriessen as process facilitator. Sarah and Kaat discussed governance processes within NPOs with board members and management of large non-profit organisations. Various topics were discussed, including the division of roles between the board of directors and the management, the composition of the board, board compensation and the role of the general meeting.
