Jan looks back on the origins of the CAWs and on the fulfilment of his role as President. In doing so, Jan enters into conversation with Sarah Verschaeve, partner at Aurion and Board member of CAW Oost-Brabant. Jan and Sarah give their views on 'what it takes' to be a good President and why chairing a non-profit organisation is a bottleneck role today.
