Lisa Bueken, Associate
In my daily practice, I focus on providing legal assistance to enterprises active in the social profit and non-profit sectors. In this regard I assist, among others, not-for-profit associations, international associations, foundations, social enterprises and impact investors. I also advise national and international companies.
In addition to a master’s degree in law (cum laude), I obtained a master's degree in economics, law and business studies (magna cum laude) with a specialisation in finance and financial law. Due to my legal and economic academic background, I have developed a particular interest in corporate law in the broad sense.
I offer support in solving legal issues within the areas of corporate and not-for-profit law. Moreover, my practice includes legal advice in financial law.
