For twenty-five years, I have been specialising in all aspects of national and cross-border employment law. In these areas I have also been teaching as a guest professor at the KU Leuven for nine years. Gradually I have also developed specific expertise in occupational pensions and pension funds.
I work almost exclusively for organisations. Most of my clients are commercial companies, but I also service pension funds, educational institutions, municipalities and larger not-for-profit organisations.
They often call upon my expertise in more technical matters, such as the assistance with their industrial relations, restructurings or the optimisation of the salary package. But I also give straightforward advice by telephone or e-mail regarding daily issues that my clients are confronted with regarding their staff. I like litigating before the courts, although most of my time is spent on consultancy work.
