I am a prominent specialist in constitutional law, administrative law and human rights law.

Governments, universities, hospitals, organisations and individuals turn to me for matters concerning the distribution of powers, fundamental rights, anti-discrimination, the organisation and operation of public legal entities, recognition, subsidies, educational law, public procurement... I also have experience in drafting legislation.

I have always enriched my practice as a lawyer with academic research and education. I regularly publish in international and national journals. As a guest lecturer at the Université de Liège and at Université Saint-Louis I teach the subjects Discrimination Law and Seminar Legal Theory.

I also like to contribute to the policy of preventing violations of fundamental rights. Therefore, I am a member of the Board of the Federal Institute for Human Rights and a member of the expert committee for the evaluation of the federal anti-discrimination laws.

I became a Doctor of Laws at KU Leuven and obtained a Master in Laws (LLM) at University College of London (2004). I also obtained my basic law degree with distinction at KU Leuven (2003). During my doctoral years, I worked as a lawyer at Eubelius. From 2014 I developed the public law team at Curia and I am now continuing this work at Aurion.
