I have always had a strong interest in societal issues and feel a deep affinity with enterprises and organisations that strive to create a positive social impact.

In 2021, I obtained a Master of Laws degree from KU Leuven (cum laude), with a major in international and European Law and a minor in public law. In that same year, I also completed a Master’s degree in international and comparative politics (KU Leuven). I am currently taking courses from the Master’s programme in corporate law through a credit contract (KU Leuven, 2026).

After graduating in 2021, I gained international and policy-oriented experience through various voluntary internships, including at the Belgian Embassy in Benin, the FAO, and the cabinet of a Brussels government official. I then briefly worked as a legal adviser at the National High Council for Persons with Disabilities.

I subsequently joined the research department of the ACV (Belgian trade union), where I focused on social dialogue. I was responsible for the topics related to labour market policy, spatial planning, economic development, mobility, and environment for the Brussels-Capital Region. In that capacity, I gained experience as a member of various consultative and advisory bodies, including Brupartners (the Brussels Economic and Social Council), the Advisory Council for Social Economy, and the Board of Directors of Actiris.

This experience allowed me to closely follow (Brussels) regulations and the non-profit sector. It further strengthened my interest in the legal aspects of this field, which ultimately motivated me to specialise in this area as a lawyer at Aurion Law.
